General Overview

This website is operated by Hawaii Trading, a subsidiary brand of Compass Relocation Services. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hawaii Trading. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Product Information

We endeavor to display the colors, dimensions, and specifications of our packing materials (boxes, tapes, wraps) as accurately as possible. However, industrial manufacturing tolerances may apply. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.

Pricing and Payments

  • Retail Orders: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Payments made via the website are processed through our integrated secure gateway.

  • Bulk Orders: Large-volume orders may be eligible for special pricing. Formal quotes are valid for 14 days.

  • Processing Entity: Please note that all high-volume transactions and specialized quotes are processed through our parent company, Compass Relocation Services. Your credit card statement and official receipt will reflect the name "Compass Relocation."

Shipping and Delivery

  • Hawaii Trading offers local fulfillment from our Vancouver-based warehouse.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • For bulk orders, delivery fees are calculated based on volume and distance. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address or carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of packing materials, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged goods reported within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom-printed or specialized bulk orders are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Hawaii Trading and its parent company, Compass Relocation Services, shall not be liable for any damage to personal property or goods resulting from the improper use of our packing materials. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct material grade is used for the weight and fragility of their items.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
