All orders are dispatched from our local warehouse in Vancouver/Richmond, BC. We primarily serve the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland areas. Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery zone and order volume.

Free Delivery Eligibility

We offer Free Local Delivery for qualifying high-volume orders. The minimum purchase threshold for free delivery is displayed on our website header and applied automatically at checkout.

Optimized Fleet Dispatch (Eco-Friendly & Efficient)

As a subsidiary of Compass Relocation, we often utilize our professional moving fleet for deliveries.

Flexible Scheduling: To offer lower rates, your order may be bundled with our existing moving routes.
Lead Times: Standard delivery typically occurs within 1-5 business days. During peak moving seasons (May–September), delivery windows may be extended.

Free Warehouse Pick-up

Self-pickup is always Free of Charge from our warehouse. Please wait for a "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email before arriving. This is the fastest way to receive your materials.

High-Volume & Specialized Freight

For palletized shipments or orders outside the Lower Mainland, please contact us for a Custom Freight Quote. These orders are managed through our enterprise logistics system.
