Return & Refund Policy
General Returns
Due to the industrial and hygiene nature of packing supplies, we only accept returns for items that are unused, unassembled (flat), and in their original packaging.
Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order or picking it up from our warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned:

Used or assembled (taped/folded) boxes.

Opened rolls of tape, stretch wrap, or bubble wrap ("Fubble").

Custom-printed or specialized bulk orders.

Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer (e.g., moisture or heat damage).
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for the affected items.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover the cost of inspection and manual handling. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved at our warehouse, your refund will be processed via the original payment method (Wix or Moneris). Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
